I am not practicing law without a license but a lawyer can tell you what do with the money to pay it off.

Im 20, so i think i need to be more polished and overcompensate over the average agent so they can trust me more. ive been practicing my scripts and feel like im doing a pretty good job on my appointments, but obviously something isnt clicking.any suggestions?

@Heath Thomas Jr well that illustrates a small, but practical reason of why it is important to use an agent who knows what they are doing.

I started setting up the biz, learning, practicing, learning, setting up the biz, basically doing everything to keep me thinking that i was actually doing something without doing ANYTHING!

We planned on buying a really cheap home here for like 12k that needs updating and using that as our practice home.

I know of a couple people who picked up odd land parcels that had some value but most of the things I've seen are strange little pieces of land that have little value and no practical use. 

Is it only your practice?

Stuff happens, but we bought a home from a wholesaler in a retirement community and spent about 2 months updating practically everything, going way over budget.

Found this on craigslist and am just trying to practice analyzing deals.
