I've be one of those people for the last 5 years who suffers from analysis paralysis, but now I find myself in a once in a lifetime position to start something big with no other commitments to hold me back.

The following are a few things that I am hoping to get from the community 1) Communal support as I try to walk down the bumpy road towards a asset growth2) Networking opportunities (who would have guessed its hard to find a new friend when you have to work your social schedule around family commitments and bed time)3) An opportunity to make a dealThanks everybody!

As long as the PM has crossed all the T's and dotted all the I's an eviction should go pretty smoothly (assuming a landlord friendly state).I would ask the PM how often they have to go through the eviction process (if it seems like a lot then it may be best to find a different PM) and how much it tends to cost.
