Hey All,So I’m getting pre-approved for a purchase of an SFR that’s perfect for a dup conversion.

Most of this is just useless but intellectually stimulating conversation because very few of us are going to do anything about it.

I prefer duplexes because they perfom better as pure rentals, vacation rentals, and allow for condo conversion exits.
