Since the OP clarified that he did have an inspection contingency the argument now seems moot.I can think of a couple of ways that a financing contingency could be used to back out of a contract due to physical problems with the property. 

I would not rent room-by-room unless you physically occupy the home and can monitor it.Personally, I would never rent a room in a shared house and I wouldn't want to own a house that had strangers living in the bedroom next to me.

But can we go more virtual than physical.

If you need the physical peice of mail, you can have it sent to your address at home.I use it and it works great.

Not only less housing, but far less professors and physical buildings.

For the LLC address (physical and email) and for the business bank account addresses can I simply use my own?
