The largest gains in AK employment were in Providence if I remember correctly.

I at one time was the largest single family landlord with Atlana Housing Authority.

I haven't found any "apples to apples" because each of them have different underlying tech, support for leads, building websites (or not), integrated call/sms functionality (or not), reputation of the company behind it and of course price. 

I do hear that Knoxville and Nashville are enjoying some really robust market conditions and if that is the case then wholesaling in that form or function becomes much more difficult..

Are there attorney's and due diligence specialists that operate primarily online and would be able to service the entire country or are these functions that are typically done at a local level?

@Chris Mason  that's the point a good RE broker and a Good mortgage broker will point that out straight away...... buying a home Is the largest financial transaction someone will usualy do in their life time.. get with it folks.. don't blame others.

My experience has mainly been small flips 30-50k remodels, so this would be my largest and most extensive.

It's not a secret that Jacksonville is the largest city in the country so we have to be careful that we're not lumping the entire city in to one description.
