If so, has it helped with finding leads and have you made any deals with it?

Its a software program that does it all from leads to direct mail campaigns to contracts to scripts to finding leads and cash buyers to closing.

So would you say it's worth it?

I've spent the last 4 days looking at various solutions like REIPro. I haven't found any "apples to apples" because each of them have different underlying tech, support for leads, building websites (or not), integrated call/sms functionality (or not), reputation of the company behind it and of course price. My advice is to take a test drive and see if it has the features you need/want. I'm looking for automation and structure for moving leads to contract and closing. I'm more flexible on my sources of leads (I can get them) and I want integration with a website. This might be different from what you are looking for. From what I've seen REIPro is near the top of my list in terms of features and price, but I'm still comparing. I also know with REIPro, I will have to build my own websites (or use a service) for an additional cost each month. Another piece of software that is on my list to checkout is Freedomsoft. I saw older poor reviews, but nothing much lately including nothing great about it either. The last big one is Podio with custom real estate enhancements, but I know this will lead me to a lifetime of upgrading and tweaking. And I'll need my own websites again (another cost).

I would love to hear any updated feedback from you guys on how it worked out with REIPRO. Were you able to put any deals together with it?

I recently signed-up for the web application and from what I've seen so far I've been impressed. I am very new to wholesaling so the 'executable steps' help a newbie like myself. It's feature rich from lead generation, forms, mailers, and much more. If you search youtube for Chris Goff videos he will typically reference REIPro and walk users through the program (particularly the wholesaling 3-part series).
