I know there are a myriad of tools now for managing and syncing the two calendars but I was wondering if anyone can share some experiences, positive or negative of using the two sites.

Remember, financing is a tool in the Real Estate Investor's tool bag.

I just wonder if J Scott overlooked this when he built the tool or if he had a definite reason for not including it.

@Candace Postell, you can look up "Tools" > "Fileplace" (top of the screen) regarding the Contract/s you would need.I reckon a better question is: why would you EVER want to find your own Buyer/s, if you're not a Real Estate professional?

So, changing it dramatically will take time - if you could erase years of mistakes in just a few weeks, the credit score would not be a very useful tool for lenders and landlords, right?
