Adapt and overcome, keep adapting and keep overcoming. agreed folks adapt.. or move on to something else.. it could cause social and functional obsolescence  and you would end up Like Detroit areas were they bull dozed whole blocks of homes since they were no longer feasible as housing units.. 

Assuming you don't get just lucky and fall into something (listen to the podcast a lot of ppl fall into this category but luck also requires preparation and openness) this is how I would tell you to assure your sucess:1) Identify your path - This is normally a function of both what you have going for you and what you like.

This way we were able to put way less down, and it more or less functions as a duplex.

If there's any issues with anything, such as appearance, functionality, or otherwise, they have a return window for refund or replacement that doesn't begin until they're in my possession.

You’re not going to add quartz countertops and whatnot, but you can make them nice, presentable, functional units, and if I’m doing most of the labor I can keep the costs reasonable.

Not that it’s bad, moreso a function of the size of the resort, and with the price point I think it’s naturally a little more transient.to me, the desirable parts of Ellijay are near downtown, or east of 575 where it’s mountainous and there are wineries.

Each has the same basic functions with a few features that differentiates the two.

I do not know the cost of setting up a lot of straw companies, but the work to keep them intact and properly functioning would probably be better spent buying more insurance and spending your time buying or managing property.

These are pretty new cars, and with oil changes and occasional tire rotation, etc.
