Im looking for the best place to buy appliance packages in georgia or near the atlanta area. For my previous flips/renovations i have bought from lowes/home depot on holidays when they do the big sales. However they are a pain to deal with, and prices dont seem to be as good as they used to be. any suggestions where to buy? i am willing to buy several sets at once if it means savings. Right now i would be buying 3-5 per year.
I couldn't find a stove or refrigerator in Atlanta so I went to Auburn/Opelika to Rix appliances. The owner and his son have great prices. He actually didn't have the stove I called about and gave me the next level up for the same discounted price. I know its NOT in Georgia/Metro Atlanta but if you're willing to make the trip it could be worth it.
Hey @Zach Westerfield, I also had been buying from Lowes and HD, mainly on closeouts and open-box, but for whole sets I started using a larger scale company that I believe is nationwide called Metro Appliances. They have been very good to work with and they are much more competent when dealing with builders, flippers, and the likes of us repeat customers.
I just used BrandsMartUSA for the first time on a property I'm renovating currently. Bought a 4-piece all-electric Samsung set, which includes the French door refrigerator with bottom freezer, range, OTR microwave, and dishwasher. All very sleek, and brand-new. I haven't received the appliances, they're customer-will-call at one of their locations (I used the one at the Peachtree Pavilion shopping center), but they're set to deliver them to the property as soon as I call. If there's any issues with anything, such as appearance, functionality, or otherwise, they have a return window for refund or replacement that doesn't begin until they're in my possession. Think the whole set plus some additional hook-ups and add-ons ran me about $2.1k after taxes. You or your colleagues have any experiences with them?

I have had success with BrandsMartUSA as well. I purchased a couple kitchen appliance packages + W/D there recently. There were delays in the deliveries but the prices were noticeably lower than anywhere else.
I second the Brandsmart option, they have better prices than HD or Lowes. If your homes are on the Class C end then they have a lot of very inexpensive options in white which work great.
