@Jordan Ursino I just found out about the drug paraphernalia yesterday.

Now...drug related from 2014, that's a definite NOT.

We don't care about speeding tickets (usually)... but drug and violence related issues that are newer would be a no go for us.  

fail to prosecute for it.If it becomes politically advantageous for the Federal government to crack down on this--they tend to seize "Drug Assets".Could that include investors and employees assets also?

US-40 (aka W Broad St) west of downtown had a big transition in the area immediately after downtown, past the river (east franklinton) it used to be just this spooky empty section of empty car dealer lots and rundown commercial, but it turns out those big patches of empty land right next to the city core could be really valuable once they fix the flooding problems from the river.

I have heard of people getting sucked into drugs or gambling and destroying a successful business.

To the point that car dealers do not have stock they sold so many vehicles.  

I would not consider it if they are a "hit and miss" wheeler dealer type that lucked into a pile of cash.

I had a tenant apply, but he told me he was charged with a felony for drug possession in 2018.
