My condo is in the first new development in PCB in a decade. 

There’s 2-3 developments but that owner has his own management company and no reason to sell, so no way to break into that market.

Over the years I have seen a huge boom in development.

It works for me.I’ve seen spreadsheets with bells and whistles and waterfall charts and ROI calculations that rival the complexity of my business development colleagues in a Fortune 500 company.

.- Current mortgage balance is $249k, payment (w/escrow) is about $1488, estimated current value is $360-380k- I am software developer, recently switched from W-2 to 1099, which prevents me from getting a traditional mortgage for 2 years.I have been considering selling my house and potentially moving further south where the climate is a little warmer.

She did a great job helping develop Downtown Waco and East Waco while she was here.

Focus on that, and develop those skills.
