The duplex, on the other hand, was custom-built for an heiress in the 1920s, remodeled and sold in 1945, and was poorly maintained and updated by a fool and his family from 1951 on as the neighborhood inexorably deteriorated from its high point in the 1940s.I've managed to get the county tax assessment for this duplex down by 33%.

BTW, fake cameras, signs, and decals are a great deterrent, are way cheaper and protect your customer's privacy.
