And, of course, they want full indemnification for basically all but burning the place down themselves.I don't know if I want to start the relationship off with what I perceive to be an attempt to rip me off, even if I can negotiate it back down to reality.But before I do anything, am I wrong that this is outrageous?

If you do what the gurus say with your LLC, and abuse it, then you are basically doing all the things that a plaintiff will need to prove that the LLC was a sham and that they can go after you directly.So, what do you need to do to make sure this doesn't happen?

Our typical returns are $550 for a basic tax return for  LLC or partnership, but we also charge extra for consulting during the year.

They might agree to some type of workout but they were looking for people who could perform.When an individual borrows on real estate property he signs a Note (which is basically a type of IOU) and a Deed to Secure Debt, or Mortgage (a collateral agreement which gives the lender the right to take the property if the borrower defaults on payment).

That wholesaler basically blackmailed Zuckerberg saying he would build a new mansion overlooking Zuckerberg's master bedroom if Zuckerberg didn't buy the property from him.
