Investor Attorney / CPA costs?

I am looking to find a good investor attorney & CPA....I wanted to tap into the wealth of knowledge on here for suggestions?  Can you also elaborate on typical costs for various things?  I have never had an investor attorney or CPA and it is time to get one to optimize my business and get things going more efficiently.
