Live in the unit for a year or two, and then move out and convert it to a rental and keep your great financing terms!

How long do you need to live in a property as your Primary Residence before you can convert it into an Investment Property?  

@Daniel Judge awesome, seems like Columbus is a great area.Lincoln - we have a converted 4-plex about 1.5 miles south of campus.

Purchase price: $206,000 My personal home located 1 block to Napili Bay which will eventually be a vacation rental and I will move to a larger home.

We eventually want to get into flipping homes as well.

It’s 3bd 3ba, with ability to convert loft into a 4th bd rm. mortgage and taxes will be about $3050.

I was inteterested in one of these buildings that was eventually foreclosed on, when we contacted the agent they informed us there were over 25 offers submitted on it within the first several days.  

I have been lurking on bigger pockets for a couple months now and excited to connect with like minded investors and learn from those who are succeeding to eventually becoming partners with them. 

As well as build my wealth and eventually get away from traveling for most of the year.

I want to eventually buy rental properties and keep flipping.I’m still learning about the money side of investing and all the different ways to fund deals.
