Hello from The Last Frontier!

Hello, my name is Azavyon McFarland from the great state of Alaska! I have been lurking on bigger pockets for a couple months now and excited to connect with like minded investors and learn from those who are succeeding to eventually becoming partners with them. 

After a solid two months of absorbing as much real estate information as I can decided it’s time to take the plunge and turn knowledge into action.

My goals?

Cash is king and would love to start building capital via wholesaling. Passive income is the name of the game, so looking forward in buying my first 4 plex before the middle of the year. 

I am excited to see what’s in store. Ultimate goal is to go from being a student of the game to eventually becoming a teacher.

I appreciate your comment Chris! And I am in the anchorage area as well.

Yeah there is a lot of potential to build inventory as far as getting houses under contract but my only concern is finding cash investors willing to take these projects on.

Haven’t built a solid list of cash investors just yet. But I am sure that they are out there, just a matter of time before I get in contact/networking with them.

And excited to find my first 4plex!
