My firm only manages apartment buildings and it has some challenges with Multifamily but is functional and we've learned how to adapt our processes to maximize its usefulness for our needs.

@Tarek Saad I am currently reviewing several software packages and have found that so far they are lacking in the accounting function.

But several techs had problems getting the International data codes etc functioning!!!

The more people someone is willing to give you the phone numbers of, the more likely it is that they're a functional member of society -- and vice versa.

That is why items are getting cheaper (houses, so many built when money was easy, debt was cheap, now it is time to pay the bills, prices slump due to demand deflation) while others are getting more expensive (food, gas, etc. but I think those are all a function of oils price...)

I think that a better search function when searching for potential network contents could go a long way in solving this.

My contractor is telling me the door is functional and it does not need to be repaired at this time.
