Hello everybody, I'm Mike and I am a software engineer from Israel.I've decided to start looking for my first deal at March and till then I save some money.What kind of deals could be relevant for 30K$? 

One property was a large farm that had development potential, but only had enough road frontage for one entry and the municipal zoning/subdivision ordinances require at least two entry points. 

I have only used it in the context of software development.As a direct replacement for Asana, I much prefer Trello.

While I didn't quit "working," I am now all in.I recently joined a highly respected Commercial Real Estate Debt & Equity boutique firm where I am brokering commercial real estate loans for Retail, Office, Industrial/Warehouse, NNN, Medical, Mixed Use, Multifamily, Development, etc.I'm so excited to finally be in with both feet.  

In my previous job I worked around a lot of very successful RE investors and developers.
