Has anyone used Patrick's 1 minute deal software?

I am also sourcing for private developers, financiers and joint venture partners to private projects in Kenya.

Developers are notorious for pulling the trigger too late in the economic cycle...  

There was a development on last week with another deal that caused issues with the others we had on table but that has since been remedied by Patty and Charles and she will go over all details with you on Tues to get your deal closed out. 

Anyone have any feedback on Amber Meadows town home development in  Frederick in front of Fort Detrick?

Any new development or technology or market condition can change everything so rapidly now-a-day.
