@Douglas Skipworththanks for sharing!!  I think this is exciting news.  It shows that there's a market for nicer apartments in an area that expands from downtown.  Pretty soon, my apartments on Airways will become Class B...  :)  (delusional happy thought...)

On another note, this could also be a sign of tougher times coming.  Developers are notorious for pulling the trigger too late in the economic cycle...  My prediction is that the first few projects in this article will become very successful, but those who finish later will be victimized by the economic cycle.  It's hard to rent new luxury apartments in a recession.  Time will tell...
