You will get drop down menus to align the columns if needed.If you want to keep your exports clean without all the extra information not needed to skip you can update the settings in propstream to only export the columns you want.

I am not going to say its impossible to find what you are looking for, but in the terms you have laid out and what you want to use to get a B class property in Denver, all the stars will need to align perfectly.

Align yourself with property management companies in areas where you want to invest.

Unless all the stars align, its tough to really do anything with that sum of money. 

@Jay Hinrichs yes the rent control issue has 2 major components: limiting rent increase and eviction controls (unless there is “just cause.”)

I understand the valuation, due diligence and the value add component but as we all know without the track record the process is much more difficult.
