Only most of the people fussing don't realize that's what they're fussing about, and they think all that talk about general cleanliness and pests and appliances working is all new stuff.Those teeny tiny changes listed there have zero real effect.

We hired out the new electrical service, wiring, drain drop,and stove pipe replacement, and did the new kitchenette, floor sanding, new deck, and paint ourselves.The Tiny Tipsy Cabin is currently rented on Airbnb with hundreds of reviews and a 4.8 star rating, and net income is about $3,000 a month before accounting for debt service.

Always a balance of not having them overreact to everything and call you about every tiny thing and them being scared or ignorant enough to not call you and cause more damage by ignoring a real issue.Many lease have the "tenant is responsible for all repairs under $X", but that still presents the issue of tenants ignoring an issue because they have to pay for it and then a $75 issue becomes a $1500 issue because they cheaper out and now you have to battle with who is responsible for that bill
