I don't think we are quite at that level yet but I do like seeing the revitalization being done in both downtowns and the draw of big business.

In fact I mean staying closer to the 2% rule unless it’s already been updated so major repairs won’t be an issue.

Certainly we don't need an exact answer but some generals would be helpful, like, Florida is great or stay the heck away from Arizona.

As I understand it, somehow the title of the company passes through the LLC then stays in the REPT and no one is supposed to know what assets I own??? 

I wish that prior to starting out, I had made it a practice to build my list of contacts and to stay in touch with them.I wish I had interviewed with more brokerages.

So if the tenant is in place (and staying) you need to do for closing anyway. 

I had a similar issue last year where I had to stay a month longer past my lease date until I PCS.

Sometimes it's best to stay put, don't incur moving expenditures and hassles and buy rental/flips. 

It's a great investment, so I told a realtor friend that I'm interested in multi-family and asked him to send me regular emails of listings in my area.After a couple months I called him to say, "I'm going to stay in my lane and stick with commercial."
