The tractor implement (rotary cutter) I repaired is still going strong after 25 years. 

There is so much essential stuff to figure out that I have not been able to understand and implement, like what kind of entity to start, how to do an LLC, etc., how to find and fund deals and how to protect the assets that I do accumulate.  

Just haven't been able to implement them in the field for myself yet.Feel free to connect to talk more about yellow letter help.It's different for every body based on location.

I'm starting to implement it now and just going to consistently grind until things start to happen. =) 

He is doing a great job of explaining his position justifying his stance, but seems to be blaming you for not implementing what he has taught.

Personally I don't think you want to do this.The experts on here will likely tell you that you don't need to scan 3000 county auctions.You need to do the ones near you, where you learn and know the rules, can drive every property you plan to purchase.Even in one state where the basic rules should likely be the same they seem to get implemented differently in each jurisdiction....so you really need to learn the specifics of that ONE sale.I doubt there is any one software that scans all the auctions....almost every one in my area has some differences where it is not even easy to parse the data and get it in a spreadsheet in a simple format. 

Also, like any asset protection system, it needs to be implemented before you are under attack or expected to be under attack.

You will most likely find that there are extremely stringent regulations surrounding the SMSF in Australia. 

They literally give you all you need to know and all you have to do is figure out how to implement it.
