Unaccepted usually means the data entry such as SsN or something else isnt correctly entered.

The amount of data you can get varies by county, but usually you get get the owner and their address and tax information as well as the last sale date and cost. 

While we are probably at least 6-12 months out, we think that a more high-volume way to aggregate data might be to anonymously collect data from calculator reports.

Even if you're basing your decision off of financial data you have found, it may appear like discrimination if you haven't processed their application. 

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but what have you found to have the most dependable data for unemployment stats for a particular zip code?

Everything is coded "single" when they provide the data to list compilers.

I tell my clients on the first day we meet that wire instructions will only come from the title/closing agent as encrypted documents and that they will need to look-up the phone number for the title company before calling to confirm the instructions were sent and are accurate. 

I am not sure where to find that sort of rental data.
