Unaccepted usually means the data entry such as SsN or something else isnt correctly entered.

The amount of data you can get varies by county, but usually you get get the owner and their address and tax information as well as the last sale date and cost.

I tell my clients on the first day we meet that wire instructions will only come from the title/closing agent as encrypted documents and that they will need to look-up the phone number for the title company before calling to confirm the instructions were sent and are accurate.
