@Guy Gimenez you are right about there not being any privacy in a public place but as I mentioned above to Caleb by placing more of these devices around it definitely adds to the overall amount of collected data for a specific place.

I know you're not seriously looking at this deal, so of course you didn't waste your time collecting all the data - I wouldn't have either - but it's all that data that will make or break a deal like this, especially for a prop that will likely have cyclical income -  a vacation home is very sensitive to economic conditions, which makes them inherently more risky.

I met a wonderful potential tenant who filled out the application with good credit and passed the cozy background check.However, her monthly income she receives is from social security and her assets are a small IRA and low assets in her bank account (especially after paying 1st, last and deposit).I know that the suggested rental ratio is 3x gross income, where she is receiving about 2x income, but I am wondering if anyone else has faced this problem trying to qualify to a retired person on social security.Thoughts?
