You are not paying them to be forwarded information you collected by managing your own property.Even though some responsibility is borne by the PM here, from where I sit this is also a huge strike against the tenants, who basically are thumbing their nose at your rules and the lease they signed.

Even though holding a property as a rental will appreciate over time, you still have the asset in the long run.If the owner that you're lending the house to goes bankrupt or something happens, you still have your asset that has appreciated over time where you can repeat the process on a higher ARV home once fixed up a bit, basically

I did look into a FHA 203k loan which helps cover renovation costs and also a conventional loan.I did some research on a gift of equity and I seem to understand the basics including how it can be beneficial in the sense as I can use part of the equity as a down payment for the home.
