I would think some of the larger courts have gone to automated computer based filing so those records might be available online.

I remember as a child my parents bought me a Tandy computer.

You'll see the external factors that can effect price and you can't tell that by looking at a map or computer screen!

I'll reply back in the morning when I'm near a computer but the only difference is that you're leaving the back end profits on the table.

As a lender, if I see someone with half a dozen accounts for minor purposes, it tells me they can't manage their money, they are willing to pay more for accounting services due to multiple accounts (another poor money management aspect) and it makes more work for me getting verifications of all the small accounts and computing your financial position.Hope that made cense.
