The tutorials are also really great and their customer service is as well.  

Read books, listen to podcasts, watch YouTube tutorials, look at other investors' underwriting, and so on.Be patient and look at a lot of deals!

I always do a quick search on youtube for tutorials on stuff that I suck at!
