I don't think you have to worry about the insurance aspect since AIR is notoriously bad in ever paying out anyway (although I hear they have a new program).

I had never heard of that program, but it sounds great!

Ok so it sounds like to me remotely shouldn’t be any issue as long as you have good people locally house cleaners and automated programs etc… Thanks for the information much appreciated

I found a 32 unit apartment complex (16-1/1--$500/month and 16-2/1-$550/month) that is enrolled in the USDA Rural Development Low Income Housing Program until 2035. 

I was looking into his program on Lease Options and didn't know if it was worth the 2k for a newcomer.

Sometimes your state will have low cost or free programs to have a professional do this.

Their programs pricing are nearly the same and each has it's pro and con, but most consumers don't ever notice the difference, it's more so running AUS for LOs and seeing what pops best pricing for you!
