Would you mind pointing a right direction as far as article or other resource where I could find out more about the strategy of not paying income tax?

I've read or listened to more articles, radio discussions and podcasts than you can shake a stick at regarding this. 

There are many articles on this since it's been around for a while (early/mid 2000s if I recall correctly).The more practical question is, are you expecting a ton of gain in only a year or two of owning it?
