Hello Everyone,

I'm very interested in investing in a multi-family property either in NJ or PA. I want to learn as much as I can about Multi-Family property investment before doing so. So, I wanted to ask what have all of you read? Any books, articles, podcasts, forums, blogs etc. would be very helpful! Thanks in advance!
