As I have gotten into high school and really started to be aware of the world around me I can’t help but notice how broke most adults around me are and it’s sad that they focus all there time on working for someone else just to make enough to get by and they hardly even live there lives.

@Isaiah FranklinIt would depend on your goals and views on what is a "short-term rental" but I noticed you're from Cincinnati which has a strong healthcare presence/industry. 

I’m not afraid to serve notices to quit or anything else needed if payments aren’t on time, or if I’ve made an arrangement with a tenant and they break it.

I went to tons of networking events on Oahu while I was there and it always kept my motivation going.I noticed there were not as many meet ups here when I was looking them up, so I figured I would try and start one just to see if there's any interest.I was thinking of hosting a meet up on October 21st at Ono Brewing Company in Chantilly around happy hour time.

This would let you buy for 3-5% down and if done right, decrease your housing costs.

I'd also post notices and talk to other occupants to see if this has happened before.

I'm looking for help on how to word a notice that personal stuff must be removed and not be put back without offending anyone. 

@Nathan Caffero I would reiterate 2 things I've noticed in this thread: 1) Education and 2) Your personal goals.

It’s been great for the last 3 years, but the owner has since given us notice that they can no longer carry the mortgage and were looking to switch to a different fiance option.
