Is that an issue? 

I'm looking at 3BR 1Bath homes.. the issues are what's hidden.. for example - wells and septic systems in my neck of the woods (although my husband install septic systems for a living)..I feel like I've been waiting for this day forever.

(Repaired)Now the last issue was a newer Samsung slide in stove that I bought for 1600 1.5 years old I had service company from warranty company come out and state due to abuse it was filled with roaches and that the circuit board blew he than declined to fix and he said the house was being abused.I than had a second company come out and they replaced the board to no avail they then said it was another board and yet again it would not work so they suggested I get a new stove.

Offer assumes there are no structural defects, foundation issues, roof leaks or other major issues that would affect the habitability or valuation of the properties. 

While most have the exact same issue with lack of full cycle experience, it is possible to find a few jewels that have full cycle, or multiple cycle experience.

If I had this issue I would have removed them and advertised washer/dryer hook ups.

The issue with the SDIRA is the most important issue.

And if they aren't vacant but being foreclosed that raises other issues I would want answers to.

The issue is, the property is zoned commercial.
