Do you need to go to the bars when you can just buy a six pack and drink at home, do you really need to get your nails and hair done at a solon when you can do it yourself, do you need to pay so many phone bills does everyone including your 3 yr old need phones?

We are going to slow travel in our dream RV (yet to be acquired and one of the reasons I continue to work) until we tire of it then we can decide to return home and move into our awaiting SFH, or perhaps sell it, all of it etc... who knows as that is years out.We may do a flip or two down the road if we get bored, our skill set is there and we enjoy rehabbing homes, but we would look into that AFTER we relax a bit.

That one is pretty nice looking.Was going to show another one that was not nearly as pretty but totally decent that I got for $17.5K and put less than $2K into and rents for $575.The first one is in arguably the 2nd nicest part of town and the other one is middle of the pack area.
