Hello BP community.

I'm looking for an example to submit to my HOA for consideration by the community for a rule change request.In my current HOA, renters cannot go online and reserve the pool for a party or make any other common area reservations. 

New to BP, looking to join the community in my desire to learn Real Estate.

@Marcus B Hsu I believe the law states that if a car is parked on a public street (non-gated community) for more than 48 hrs unmoved, especially if its inoperable, the car can be ticketed and towed.

That being said, I wanted to ask the community how other San Antonio buy/hold investors are generating leads. 

I'm brand new to real estate investing but I'm super excited to jump in, learn and be a part of the community.
