New Investor - St. Louis area
Hello BiggerPockets! My name is Christina and I am a new Investor in the St. Louis West County area. I am a corporate Financial Analyst who has finally decided to take a big leap. I have been interested in RE for over 18 years but never acted on it, until now. I am planning to do a mix of flips and rentals. I am listening to the webinars, reading books, attending local classes and an REI group. Also listening to the BP podcast, which is how I found this great community. I am very excited but equally nervous. Learning as much as I can with a plan to get my first property in the next three months.
