The issue is, I believe in Tullahoma, the cost to develop land (road, electrical, plumping, etc) will be more expensive than the total revenue from the lots.

I have found that tenants with horses or cows move less than people renting a single family or multi-family home.I did really well with that years ago on a 10 acre parcel that I held until sewer became available and sold it to a developer.
