I invest in Boise, ID- it's the fastest appreciating market in the nation and depending on the source, one of the fastest growing cities in the US too. Appreciation in Q2 was 7%, so on a $300k property, you would have made $21k in appreciation between April and June in your sleep. That's pretty good stuff.
