I ran across BP while doing research on the internet and immediately got hooked.

If all else fails maybe up your game a little by bumping the rent and include free basic internet or something like that?

Each unit has their own internet currently, through whomever they contracted with.

You don't see banks talking about house hacks or Goldman Sachs issuing sloppy offering documents downloaded from the internet. 

So are the excel spread sheets that you utilize totally custom or are they something that you found on the internet and then tweaked for your situation?

There is a lot that the internet can show us these days!

I thought it went without saying that before you buy property with your Solo K you get your Solo K guy such as yourself, your CPA, and 10 others guys to sign off on it, you don't simply just go on what some random guy on the internet said.

My overall objective here is to find a way to keep the ball rolling in my real estate career despite putting my career as a programmer temporarily on hold.
