Join a company that has programs and resources..... for example our brokerage has a mortgage company that has basically zero lending fees....so on average that saves the buyers about $4500. 

Does anyone have a solid resource for pricing rents based on a revised property condition, or would be interested in providing some guidance on pricing it? 

We just don't want to waste time or resources on nonsense just because we are excited to make another move.

If so would the optimal strategy to use personal mortgage on more expensive properties (since rate is lower and down payment could be less) and save the cheap started SFHs/THs for commercial mortgage? 

It only cost me a couple hundred bucks and now have a resource for life in my market.
