Hi All,

My name is Billy Davidson and I was born and raised in Ventura, CA. I graduated from California Lutheran University and moved to LA where I obtained my CPA license and worked for a Big 4 Accounting Firm for three years. I specialized within the real estate sector while working as a CPA and gained knowledge on how real estate can create financial freedom.

In 2019, I purchased my first home in Ventura County and found my passion for real estate. From there I also acquired two additional investment properties and want to help others dive into the world of real estate. In 2021, I decided to put my CPA career on pause and obtained my real estate license.

I am so grateful to be a part of this BP family and hope I can assist in any way possible. Please provide me with any suggestions on how I can get more involved within this community.

Hey Billy, I'm pretty new on here also but I've found that people respond pretty well when you take the time and look over the forums and find questions that you know the answers to. You can't sit back and be passive if you are looking to add value. When you go and help them, you earn their trust and that is the most valuable thing out there! So it sounds like you are qualified to help people out so I'm excited to see the good you do!
