Good afternoon fellow Texans,I am facing an issue where I requested a water shut off list from my near by cities and the complied with my request, however, they were returned with just an address and no names.I have requested to have the lists be sent to me with names on the properties and I was told that because of Texas law that is confidential.How are wholesalers and/or investors getting around this?

The listing shall include the name of the material supplier and/or sub-contractor, amount of payment, payee address , corresponding cost break down line item number.

And of the 2% open rate  most of the people that open the mailer yell at you. and you have to also buy the list, get 20% send back  to you due to deliverable address, then you have to skip tracing and resend mailers... seriously..... 

I would LOVE to constructively address anything I said here, with PROOF on your end.

Set up costs depend upon who you use to set it up and whether or not you use a business as a registered agent, or if you know an individual who can act as the resident agent and agree to let you use their name and address for any court summons that needs to come to you.
