I'll echo that support has been very patient and responsive (though email only).

Thanks a lot for the tip on the numbers & being patient I have/had older residential or seller-financed mortgages above 6%. 

If you are wise, patient and stick to your business plan, you would be fine. 

Fortunately my wife is very patient.

Trust me ... i know how strong is the desire to get into the market and already start doing something, but  be patient or you will end up feeding someone elses desire to  buy a non performing note  for 30c on the dollar... and trust you me he will buy your note, and  rent that place for 50 cheaper than you have with 20% ROI because the banks wont care who they sell your NPN to as by then they will make enough off of your Mortgage. 

Be patient. 

@grace I'm a new Investor too there's deals out there they're very hard to find be patient 

I saw 70 houses before I got my first one, be patient and keep going!

I certainly have more of a passion for my patients than I do for real estate.  

If a tenant gives me at least partial payment I'm patient with them.
