Should I pay off my auto loan first, before I purchase my first home, or should I refinance the auto loan for a lower rate to decrease my monthly payments on it?

I'm new too and my husband and I are hoping on jumping into our first BRRRR in about a year or so...I noticed in one of the markets we are looking at that a lot of pre-foreclosures have started to pop up.

On top of this the tenant who was doing this work for me has given notice to vacate.I'm trying to think of the best solution going forward to keep it all running smoothly and all I've come up with as an alternative is:Every tenant is responsible for their own garbage/recycling including taking it to the curb.

I sent notice of cancellation to title company and to buyer.

Needless to say, this place needs repairs.The owner said he can no longer afford to manage the property and gave us 60 notice so he can sell...I assume to cut his losses (and headaches).
