No response, hire a locksmith and change the locks but charge the PM for failing to maintain control of the key.If a tenant refuses to allow access to show a property, I usually let it go.

I finally came to the conclusion that each unit needs it's own separate system, and there will be some parts of the home that are not covered by the system.

Three properties with mortgage pay-down, appreciation (equity build up) and monthly cash flow sound a lot more attractive to me than 1 property with a lot of equity but contributing nothing usable to my bank account.Even for season investor, wouldn't you want to have the most use and control of your cash?
