Contractor looking for help with systems for KPI's
Hello Everyone,
I am a local contractor in Pittsburgh Pa that does a decent amount of flipping and wholesaling. I have recently partnered up with PGH Property Buyers to maximize our strengths. I am struggling with setting up the system for my KPI's on the direct mail marketing side of things. Construction has always been my wheel house so that was a very easy process to set up back in the day. I've watched a lot of videos but am still struggling to transfer all the data to an excel sheet. I looked into syncing everything on Podio but once again I'm a contractor and the tech side of things isn't my strong point. Any help is appreciated!
