I've been manually scrubbing the county info etc... But I'm looking to generate 100,000 prospects and don't know where to start. What list should I buy and from where? Thanks

I’m curious to know if you have an expiration date/time on your offers made on off market deals. On market I usually have a 24-48 hr acceptance period and then my offer expires. All feedback is appreciated!

How long should I mail to the same prospect with direct mail before removing them from my "list"?

I posted the "BRRRR calculator" report on another post with all real numbers. Feel free to check it out and give me some feedback. I do own a construction company " pittsburghpropertyremodelers.com" so my rehab costs might seem a little low. Yesterday was day one, cleaning up the jungle in the backyard. All electric and plumbing has been cut out of the properties. This is a PGH Property Buyer project.
