Also, for those that like to closely supervise, it may seem daunting ensuring legal claims don't develop against you when you can't physically check on the property yourself.

Oregon Is mean to us developers tax wise..But that does not slow down the great growth here and building opps.. its spectacular  for guys that cant compete say in the Bay area were values are so astronomical..

We are trying to bolster our booking on AirBnB so we can eventually tell VRBO to go you know what!

The big lessons learned were around handling general contractor relationships as well as the filings associated with condo developments.

Carpet padding is too thick and spongey and will allow the piece too much movement and they will eventually start to fail due to the stress on the joints.

I am a contractor and I work with great contractors I have been thinking about building a house from the ground up and I would really love an opportunity to talk with somebody who has done this before and I’d like to know all of the costs associated with doing this and about how much I should expect to spend and how hard is it as far as planning and development permit’s etc.

Have worked and worked to develop some relationships but man are some people just plain flaky.
