This 7/25/2025 article, Toyota's first batteries manufactured at Greensboro-Randolph megasite have shipped, says the company has already started shipping batteries and currently employs 2,000 of the projected 5,000 target.

When you do this set a Google reminder or put on your annual reoccurring calendar to change the battery out each year.

We are also planning our townhome project with either full modules or panelized construction.

I put a few battery operated alarm clocks in my STR just in case someone wants a very dependable alarm. 

I know batteries aren't cheap but $100 for batteries is absurd.

Note: these are 10 year sealed battery units (not hardwired)This may not seem like a serious problem but it is for the following reasons:1.

I have the holder on the wall. but you have to be able to remove them when you need to change batteries, otherwise i would glue them into the holder. 

You do need to finish all their modules, do the homework and show up to take advantage of their teachings.  

The training modules were fair to good.
