Hello all. Looking to find good long term rental markets that have appreciation over the long term. Mainly interested in single family homes.

@Paul Medordi, I’ve invested in Columbus, OH, and I like it for long-term rentals because people keep moving here for work. Intel is building a huge chip site near New Albany, and Honda + LG are putting big money into an EV battery plant in Ohio. Amazon Web Services (AWS) is also investing billions in Ohio data centers, and Meta has a major data center in New Albany, too. More jobs mean more people moving in, which helps keep renters strong and home prices steady over time.
